Would someone give me Cliff's Notes on Greenspan and the policies that come along with?

I came across an article in FP that analyzes Greenspan's legacy and achievements as head of the Fed. Not quite as non-biased as I would prefer (it's pretty critical of Mr. Greenspan), but still informative.
